do you mean you have 30 comments on ur poems? cuz if u do... i think the award is if you've MADE 30 comments on OTHERS poems... but im not sure.. i cud be wrong

a post is what you did.... this thing is called a post... thread.. same thing.. if you make 30 posts... then you get the award...once again.. i think... but i cud be wrong

If you make 30 comments on pthers poems, then you get the first C award...

If you make 30 posts in the forum (not start...just answer is good enough) you will get the first D award

the awards are not updated automatically. I think they are only updated once a week at the most... sometimes less often when the owner of the site is gone
