Just wondering, did you find you partner in a desperate time of your life, or a good one? Was he/she a Godsend, answer to your prayers, or just a casual catch?

My ex and I actually started dating at a pretty good time in both of our lives...we were best friends for 3 years before started dated and knew each other for 6 years total...

Both me and my partner were not looking for a relationship when we started talking, because we had both been hurt in the past and were both happy being single.. that changed after just a few hours of chatting though *doh.. and definitely a God send :]

I found my partner at desperate times. I don't believe in god or prays, but I do believe he came to me, when I truely needed someone. At that point of my life, I needed him, to feel protected. Now I need him because I love him.

My current boy friend took me out of depression, and i no longer cut. I am the happiest i have been is a long long time. :)

When I found him he saved me. I was falling really deeply into depression, alcohol, drugs and yeah. He still continues to save me everyday of my life.

Its funny that because when I met my better half I was having the time of my life, loving everything about life. I was travelling and socialising and felt so great about myself and my position in life. Then I fell in love and it just kept getting better :o)

My angel was definately my God -send. He means the world to me and saved me from so much.. He made me the person I am today. And I love who I am. I am much happier now, as well.. and everyone sees it. I am more than thankful for my angel...He is my everything and no matter what he thinks, he will always be mine.

We met in the oddest of ways.. and I have never met him, yet we have been dating for 1 year and 5 months. I know, it's crazy. But we know we love each other...and I know he is my other half. We are soul-mates...and until him, I did not believe in soul-mates. Our hearts linked the moment we met...

i met the guy i thought was my life partner in a true time of need and for awhile he made life worth living... he showed me some1 on earth was actually on my side for once... or so i thought. now hes gone, he left me for a chic who acts like she likes him and then he asks her out and she avoids him 2 the end of the yr. shes been doin this 7 yrs now and he doesnt get it. well hes proved that it was all an act by the way he reacted to seein me this week... tryin despritly 2 get away... now i doubt that there is a perfect partner for anyone

i still havn't found the love of my life... i refused to date people during that rough period of mine... but i did date one person during it... I have to admitt i shouldve never broke up with him... we're still frends... and we still relate... and for some reason... I love him... altho i don't think he ever even loved me

yea, fallen, its been 5 and 1/2 mths and im just getting over my ex! i know the feeling...
