WHY WON'T THEY HELP ME?!

though i havent cut ever, i think i know what you mean by not being able to be yourself,,, i seriously do have another me inside my head, though no one will take me seriously and it really hurts me mentally, scares me, scars me. i dont know how to get my own life back either

do your voices say things like,
'look at yourself, you bloody bitch, your ugly, you make me sick, who loves you?... you should just die...' and they laugh at you?

actually im a guy and mine says stuff more along the line of.. you know you wanna do her, go on stick it in.. and your worthless you cant even do (somthing) right. and stuff like that, then other times i have been told by my friends that i wasnt myself at all, like after i fell asleep i woke up and wasnt me but i have no proof of this
