Don't know what to do :S someone help me!!

Okay... so there's this guy that i've liked for one year and 2 months now.. and well last year i told him i liked him but he didn't really like me... he just thought i was pretty anyways so i was like really really sad... so then i tryed to forget him but i just couldn't and i still like him a lot but i don't know if he likes me too... people say he does but i don't wanna listen to other people because it might be just a rumor you know.. I don't know wat to do;. should i ask him again? or just forget about him? :S... someone please tell me.. because i just dont know wat to do.. i rly like him but i just dont wanna get hurt again.. (if u know wat i mean)
