difference.......flrting and being with someone

Whats the difference between someone flirting with you and someone that really really wants to b with you?

i think she means if i say "hey you have nice hair today" and play with it or something, how do you tell if it's just flirting or actual attraction/date wanting.

I guess it's different with different people. Some are sincere, some aren't. Usually it's pretty easy to tell the sincere ones apart from the mocking, flirtacious type. And in the end you'll probubly figure it out, like if a guy wants to be with you he'll try to find ways to get to know you on a more personal or serious level, whereas the flirtacious one might just joke around with you and try to get you in his bed. But I've never flirted nor has anyone ever flirted with me, so that's just my opinion :)
