Hm, I know how that is. For the weed part, try just chewing mints whenever you feel like smoking it, treat it kind of like a smoking habit. Alcohol, everytime you want to drink brush your teeth and then if you drink, it'll taste gross and you won't want to drink the rest. I really don't know if thsoe will work for you, but they do for me and yeah. Just keep telling yourself that you have to do it, remind yourself the consequences. Hope you get better. |

hey... just keep reminding yourself it's the shittiest thing you could do to your body. like... idk... my brother battled with drugs and alchohol. He's 19 and has been arrested 3 times all because of that. He's also become a reall asshole and his room smells like shit. and you no it's not good for him. |

Cutting isn't going to help you, it's going to lead you to a deeper state, and one thing leads to another and you could start smoking weed again. Please don't cut; it doesn't solve anything. |
