alcahol and weed

    Hm, I know how that is. For the weed part, try just chewing mints whenever you feel like smoking it, treat it kind of like a smoking habit. Alcohol, everytime you want to drink brush your teeth and then if you drink, it'll taste gross and you won't want to drink the rest. I really don't know if thsoe will work for you, but they do for me and yeah. Just keep telling yourself that you have to do it, remind yourself the consequences. Hope you get better.

    hey... just keep reminding yourself it's the shittiest thing you could do to your body. like... idk... my brother battled with drugs and alchohol. He's 19 and has been arrested 3 times all because of that. He's also become a reall asshole and his room smells like shit. and you no it's not good for him.

    it's the worst thing for you. I've battled with my # of addictions. It's possible to quit. Just keep telling yourself it is. Exercise helps ALOT! like if you feel like drinking or w.e just go for a run or seomthing. Plus that will also make you healthier : )...

    Anyhow i really wish you the best of luk. That stuff really isn't good for you. Realize life is prezious, your body is precious, and you don't want ot do anything to screw it up. Remind yourself also if you feel like doing drugs exc. that your hurting other people in the process and you could hurt someone you don't even no. If you drive... you could hit and kill someone andi t would jsut be some dumb mistake. Also wen a lot of people get drunk (liek my brother) they get an angry personality. One time wen my brother was drunk he started beating me and my sister and mom.

    I didn't mean any of this to scare you. I jsut realized that wen i knew more about my addiction that i had in the past... i had more modivation to quit.

    Seek guidence from your friends and/or family. Get it oout of reach or make sure you spend your money on things. Like Jenna said, replace things. I have a friend who smokes instead off cutting, it's just as bad in the long run but she can't kill herself from it.

    Cutting isn't going to help you, it's going to lead you to a deeper state, and one thing leads to another and you could start smoking weed again. Please don't cut; it doesn't solve anything.

    Firstly Cutting will NOT get you anywhere.
    You will not be killed its the UK not the middle east (no disrespect ment). addictions are hard to beat and alcohol and weed are probably your biggest probems at the moment, try replacing this addiction withsomething else, like playing a musical instrument or start painting of drawing!

    Cutting, really only you can stop that!
    I stoped by putting a rubber band on my arm and every time i wanted to selfharm i pinged it!
    While it is stil a form of self harm, it is alot les distructive and posses lett harm to your body!
