uhhh, if I understand you correctly, then I would say no. Being honest isn't rude. Some people might think you are stuck up or something, but that is because they are so stuck in the whole self-destructive thing that they don't think it is right to admit what you might be, whether it is pretty or ugly. Self-deception is a dangerous thing...
