I NEED ADVICE!!!!

I'm not very good with guys...I dont know what to say half the time...This guy used to like me and I liked him to but when he asked me out I told him not yet but he kept asking but I was to scared so I just brushed him off...It has been a year later and I like him more then ever but he says he don't like me like that anymore...do you think I hurt him? and what should I do? should I call him or should I talk to him face to face? do you think he is serious when he says he dont like me? I need advice from anyone...guys and girls...please help me out!!! I am desperate!!! thank-ya! JeNnIe

Not knowing what to say happens to me alot to. I sound like a complete idiot when i try to say how I feel and stuff like that...

If its already been a year and if you guys werent really that close before hand I'm sorry to say buh it sounds like he most likely would have lost his feelings for you...But still...it wouldnt hurt to ask him so that you can know for sure. It'll at least keep you from goin crazy thinking bout it.

I've been in a similar postion before except that i'm a guy and i was asking this girl to the formal/prom, but she declined. This happened around the beginning of this year so around 9 months have passed compared with your one year.
The only difference to yours and my story is that you came back to ask the guy, u liked, but the girl i liked has not. I hope this is not too confusing :)
Anyway, now to answer your questions. You may, possibly have hurt the guy's feelings becasue to him, it may have felt like a rejection for good. I know i was hurt in my story. Then he would have likely felt a mixture of feelings like hate,but depression would have consumed him.

Moving on, one year is a long time in my opinon and the guy would not have as much affection for u compared to when he asked u the first time. I know my feelings r starting to die out becasuse they r stopping me from living my life properly and they have grown to become a distraction especially to my eduaction. But i'm not entriely sure if he doesn't like you. To me, he should have some feelings left, but i'm not the guy u like so its hard to tell. i know that i will always have a bit of feelings for the girl i like no matter what.
But the question of "what should i do?" is hard to answer. In my opinion, you have already done what u can do by asking him. But since, he declined the first time, i doubt he would accpet the second time, but u could try. If you do, BE CAREFUL!!!
