Mutual vocabulary!!

Unfortunetely, I don't have any big words that I could post, my vocubulary is pretty minute in terms of 'big words'. But here are a few words (that are often used but ah well) that I use a lot:

Wither- shrivel

Linger- stay or remain.

I know a lot of people use them.

mephitis: A poisonous or foul smelling gas emitted from the earth

concubine: A woman who cohabits with an important man

laconic: Brief and to the point; effectively cut short

dystopia: State in which the condition of life is extremely bad as from deprivation or oppression or terror

austere- simple; severe

reverie- trance; dream

ardor- passion; fervor

lethargy- stupor

truancy- absence

resilience- spirit

odium- hatred

beatific- saintly; innocent

infidelity- betrayal

charlatan- a fake

ruminate- think over

croon- say; utter

exonarate- forgive

audacity- boldness

bolywag- a word i invented! lol.....i have a very small vocabulary
