i need some help please!!!

my little 13 yr old cousin was raped and beatin by her bf and i am so damn mad i can't stand it beacause i know how she feels....my stepbrother raped my when i was 5 till i was 8 and for her to go through the same thing i did kills me....how can i make her life better now that this has happened to her so she won't end up like me!!
