Ryming the words is just a means of delivery for your thoughts. The poem don't necessarily have to ryme. Just put your words down, and always remember, what might bore some, surely must appeal others. :)
You can write it down, then attempt to ryme the end words.

ex: i can make them ryhme and everything but how do i make them make sense?
i can introduce words and everthing,
but how do i introduce tears and suspense?
I am lost in a world of words that ryme, that must get out.
I am found in a sea of poets, that for my rymes shout.

Poetry is personal thoughts...if they make sense to you its a fantastic poem.

I agree, but poetry is also a means of communication. If you cant get that point across, then your poetry is limited to one person, you. which is ok too. So it depends for who do you write. I myself write for others most of the time, and in doing so, I must make sure that others can comprehend what im trying to say.
I realize that different people will interpret my words to suit them, that is fine too. :)

well first of all, as you know, poetry comes from the heart and nothing else. So just think about the happy moments you and ur b/f have and write about it. just close your eyes and think of nothing at all for about 2 in, then think of all the characteristics that your boyfriend has, and what makes you happy with him. well jope that helps

They don't have to ryhme, they dont have to make sense. Poetry is a sense of self. Write how you feel, what you feel, why you feel, and you will become the best poet in the world.

Poetry isn't always about rhyming. But when you rhyme, don't force it. When you force it, it won't make sense. Think about words that go together and rhyme. An example: there and care. I use that rhyme in a lot of my poems. There are my rhymes out there you could use that would go, but you just have to make sure you aren't trying to force it. Good luck and I hope I helped.
