well I dunno, this guys looks like he doesnt know what he wants to do cuz he is flirting prolly with every girl his hormones react to (lol just came up with that line and I lov eit)... I dunno him and I dunno if he is a settling kind of a guy that is ready for a long term relationship or just a guy who enjoys flirting and all, but what I would do.. .well I guess ya should tell him how ya feel about him cuz well he did get ya those presents and all, and ya seriously gotta talk to him, thats what I would do, sometimes ya gotta go and talk to the person but... if ya think he is not ready, it doesnt feel right or whatever, then dont... sometimes its good not to go say stuff around, ya just gotta look inside of ya and see what ya wanna truly do
