eventually over time it will get better. i cant say it has for me yet because i'm still waiting. but just stay alive and try to focus. i know its really hard, but thats life. im still accepting the fact of how tough life can be for me and also for others. but just hang in there, ok? |

It sounds like you are feeling overwhelmed. If you do want to "catch up," just remember that you don't have to do it all at once. A lot of us have been in similar circumstances. Maybe you need to deal with whatever it was that led you to give up on your responsibilities. Then just deal with what you need to do for tomorrow and maybe add 15-30 minutes a day to catch up the backlog. And just give your attention to the most important things. It helps to think about daily goals and put thim into daily lists that you can check off. By doing that you will feel a sense of accomplishment that will motivate you to continue. Just take one step at a time and set your daily or weeky goals at a level you can meet, not unrealistically high. That will enable you, over time, to reach your ultimate goal and lift the burden that is dragging you down. Best regards. ---Lydia |
