I'm in love with my best friend. Help.

Okay. The other night, my friend said he kinda liked me but he has a girlfriend. My mom asked his mom and she said he didn't have a girlfriend but he talks to this chick on the phone all the time. Well, the chick I believe to be his girlfriend's name is PJ (Peggy Juan) and the chick he talks to on the phone all the time's name is Ashley. I'm a little confused. He said he might ask me out if things don't work out with his girlfriend, but I'm not really sure if he has a girlfriend. What do you think?

When in doubt - let it go. Why put yourself in harms way just to regret it later. I'm all for taking chances while putting your heart on the line but if there is that much doubt you should just forget it. In your case that is what I would do but please don't take my advise based on my past experiences. Think it over and make your own decision. You are the only one who can make a choice that YOU yourself will be happy with...so take your time and see what happens.
