friends???

does anyone else feel like your 'friends' don’t really care? they leave you out and ditch you for something else. then they don’t understand why you are mad at them. anyway this is what happened or rather is still happening to me, so all my best friends are guys. i can get along with them better than girls anyway.

I completely agree with the previous two posts,
A true friend is someone who is there for you no matter what, would travel any distance to find you, would give up anything to help you out.

There may be people you've known for years, but who don't really care about you. It's a difficult realisation to come to terms with, but they should not hold the honour of having you title them friends.

I hope that you can find a true friend, because the rest are just souls passing yours on the journey.

Well my advice girls is to find yourself REAL friends...the people your associating with obviously arent real friends because friendships that are true arent like that at all. I mean we have our differences and disagreements but ultimately no love is ever lost.

Dont give up on friendship but...its one of lifes few true beauties ;o)

yah but the thing is that i did have a real friend up until 7th grade. before then it was just me and her all the time. we were like the same person. we like the same bands and stuff. we weren’t 'popular' and didn’t want to be but we weren’t nerds or anything. we both lived on farms and had so much in common. then in 7th grade we didn’t have any classes together so we didn’t get to talk at all, the same thing happened in 8th grade. she is now friends with the popular people. it's not like i hate them or anything, their nice and we go to a really small school... like 80 people in our class, so their not like the popular girls in the movies. but now she's so different now. she wears different clothes and is more girly and i'm not...at all. she was always the one i could always talk to about anything at all and she would understand and listen to me, and now she’s not there. so as i said all my friends are guys and i really cant talk to them about things as if i could if they were girls...if you understand what i mean. i just remember all those good times we had and cant believe that she’s changed.
okay that felt good, i've never talked to anybody about that...

i feel like that all the time. my friends all mostly let me =(.

I've had two real friends in my entire life, Sasha and Liz (both at seperate times). And I lost them both. I still love them and reuniting is one of my dreams, but I'm just not brave enough and I'm scared neither of them still feel the same about me. Right now I don't have any real friends...my boyfriend has been my best friend for a year and a half, but lately I feel like even that friendship is dwindling (possibly my fault as well). I know eventually I will have friends again (not just the kind you hang out with a lot--I don't consider those real friends)..and I can't wait. Knowing that there is one person out there that you would die for, and knowing they would do the same for you...that is one of the most powerful feelings. A true friendship.

I've got one really good friend I can tell anything to...then a few friends I tell most things, and then even more that I rarely tell anything..i guess they're just 'acquaintances', they used to be good friends but now....yea, im glad i only have one or two really decent friends cuz the amount of love and support and TRUST we share amounts to more than i could EVER have with all these people who say theyre my 'friends'.

Friends come and friends go. She was your true friend in that part of your life. People just grow apart, it's a part of life. But, you'll find a new friend when you least expect it. Serisouly, i'm not trying to be cliche of anything. You will. Just be friendly and always smile, as hard as it may seem, people tend to talk more with someone who has a smile n their face.

I've had 5 "true" friends since kindergarden, that have some and gone from my life. I do wish that we were still friends sometimes, but when I really think about it, they were their when I needed them most. And with each friend I leanred a bit more, laughed a bit more and done crazy things. I just lost my best friend of 4 years. We're still friends but its definately not how it use to be. As much as I wish we still shared everything, I know in time I'll find a new ture friend, for this part of my life.

Anyways, i'm blabbing a lot. Sorry about that. Long story short. Hang in their kay hun. You'll find a girl friend soon enough.

That pretty normal, actually. I began to notice that girls are more sensitive about things than guys are, yet they cause the most troubled, too.
Bleh. I don't understand us.

I hang out mainly with guys too, thats thanks to my brothers, however, without them I wouldn't talk to anyone, really. But thats beside the point...
The friends that I have that are girls tend to be.... for lack of a better word, stupid. Sometimes I have to restrain myself from slapping them across the face from the things they say, but I guess that thing happens. People aren't perfect.

Ah well, I seem to have lost track of what my intentional response was. Good luck with your situation, though.
