lol i also used my timr last night to write a new poem wrote it at 3 am.There r a few thinsg taht keep me up i have lots of nihtmares so i guess i try to prolng it wihtout knowing to aviold what i may see.This mth is espeacially hard on me this haloween makes 2 yrs since my lil brothers suicide.So sleep to say the least is not good.But o well there is nothign i can do. |

Sorry mnemonic, I didn't mean to imply you were sad or depressed, I just assumed as much because this was posted in the sadness and depression forum. Forgive me? Let's see, one other thing I do to help me sleep, is just to lay down and then count in your head to a hundred. Sometimes I will get to like 500, but it usually puts me to sleep. :-) |
