learning to smile...

Hey guys

I used to come on here a few years back, and i found a poem i loved, but i can't remember my old login details, so i can't access my favourties again

there was a line that went something like 'please try to understand, i'm just learning to smile again'

it wasn't a really log poem, and was really pretty. If my memory is right, I remember it was about learning to smile after being depressed, but it would have been perfect to read at a funeral next friday.

I used it a few years ago as part of a talk on self harming, and it fitted so well..but I think it would suit the funeral as well. And I just generally want to read it again, it was good.

I wish I'd kept all the s/h stuff now, or at least remembered the title!

Learning How to Smile

When I still have a frown,
please do not yell or scream.
I'm just learning how to smile,
it's not as easy as it seems.
When the tears shine on my cheeks,
