I can help

Hey everyone, anyone that is seeking depression help, just ask me, i've been in and out of depression for 1 year, i've been in and out of phsycyatric wards for over a year, i really know what to do about problems so just ask!

i think its nice of you. but when i read this, you being in and out of hospitals, what are you gonna give advice about if you havent pulled yourself out of your depression?

fix yourself then try to help people.

kori, if u didn't get the point i allready fixed my self, being in an out i've been treated and help, gosh why are u so negative to me all the time???

and i didnt know that you said you fixed yourself, you should have been clearer on that. just when i read that, thats how i felt. sorry if i offended you.

Yeah, good for you if you are 'fixed' now, but I've been on this site for a while and kinda concluded it's v.tricky to help someone facing depression over the internet... on a poetry website...

well, when you've talk about it alot with people and have delt with it for along time, i find that its easyer to help people ^_^

A flurry of words
and hateful intent
breaks a strong will
foul messages sent.
Nashing their teeth
their eyes all aglow,
Kindness disappears
distain's overflow.
Then out of the rain
a smile appears .
A helping hand
and a jar full of tears.
I have felt your pain
says the mysterious voice.
I know how you feel
and you still have a choice.
Come with me young one,
I shall guide you on your way.

For some reason it broke my heart to read this post. I don't quite know why. I wrote this thinking it may have an affect on you. Sadly I believe I will be mistaken.

Wow that was one of the most beautiful poems i have ever read, it realy makes me think about how lots of people go throe depression by their selfs thinking that their is no body who can save them, and just at the last second, somebody does. you really know how to understand the feelings and hopes of someone with depression, and believe it or not, this does have a big effect on me, because everyone slips once and awhile, and when i read this poem it makes me happy, thanx alot ^_^ i hope everyone can use these words to help them throe thier problems, just remeber,you may not have your hero today, but dont give up, because they will comeone day, and they will be your guidence throw today, tommorrow and the days to follow.
