How do I submit a poem in the contest?

I need to know how to submit a poem of mine into the contest and i don't know how to do that? Could someone help me, or give me info on how to do that!

The contest on the main page: The simple answer, submit a poem. The mods nominate poems they like from the poems posted then Janis or Dainz < I think, pick the winner.

Or, you can go to the "Poetry Websites and Contests" Section of the forum and enter some there..

If you mean the one that has the winners posted on the home page, then you are automatically entered into this everytime you submit a poem. If you mean the contests in the correct forum, then you simply post your poem in the thread.
