Be patient with me. . .

I have liked this guy for about two months now, and we were really close. We met at play practice me and my best friend were in. He's the only guy I've ever known who's liked the same things I like and who isn't totally ignorant. He was going to ask me out two weeks ago, and then he just changed his mind?

So, we've all started hanging out, him, me, and my best friend. Last night, the two of them just started to make out, right in front of me.

She had to go home, which was good, and he asked me what was wrong afterwards. I told him nothing and he said that he could tell, and for some reason or another, we kissed. It's confusing, folks, I know, but it was a BIG kiss *ehem, okay, I made out with him. . . don't think I'm a whore or stupid, but if you liked someone as much as I like him. . .*

Then, he tells me he wants to ask my BEST FRIEND OUT. He KNOWS that I like him, I've TOLD HIM, but she doesn't know, and SHE LIKES HIM BACK.

I'm so lost. . . and it stings so bad.

If he wants to ask your friend out but kissed you... he's bad news.
You need to talk to your friend, make her understand how it would hurt you if they went out and tell her that after kissing her, he went straight to you and kissed you too.
He sounds like a womaniser in the making.
    Sorry hun =(

    Thanks for trying to help.

I'm not sure if she'll say yes, because he's not the only guy she randomly makes out with.

It'll sting, but I'll try to tell her.

I agree. This guy is just trying to play everyone. If your friend is really your friend she will understand. Never break up a friendship over a guy. It's never worth it in the end.

I told her, and she said,
"I had a feeling it was going to happen."

. . .and she still wants to go out with him?

that's pretty messed up. I went through that with my best friend when we were in high school. We barely spoke for about a year. Now we're closer then ever and I don't know what I would do without her. I would say just let him hurt her and then tell her 'i told you so'. That's probably all you can do at this point.

Ha, yeah. Might as well move on, I just think it's messed up on his part.

I don't know if he's worth all this pain. He sounds like a dog. He needs to make up his mind and if your not part of it I'd count my blessings. But I wouldn't let my best friend get mixed up with a jerk either.
