Well see, me and my boyfriend have been together for a really long time and we were even planning on getting married one day..i know we're young but see the problem is that he's getting sent away for 1-3 years over something he didn't do..he was framed..and well, I dont want us to break up and i know that he loves me more than anything..and i love him too but should i wait for him to com back no matter how long it takes or should i just consider it over and see what happens in the future?? This whole situation is tearing me apart!! |

He is worth is..I love him more than i ever thought i could love anyone..i just want to be able to stop the pain..and im also worried that if i do wait for him what if he gets out and decides he doesnt want me anymore?.. |

Hmm if you truly, no doubt what so ever, believe him to be innocent...then wait for him, that's the least he deserves. Plus if you think he's worth it, then why the hell not? It's not like he'll find someone else while he's locked up...unless he drops the soap in the shower... |

or what did i miss something? is he getting locked up? what does being sent away mean? if his parents or something are just sending him somewhere else where there is access to girls, then i'd talk to him about it for sure. I guess i'd talk to him either way. It'd suck to wait for someone who's not waiting for you. |

see he borrowed a car from his friend to come see me because heas 3 hrs away..and when he got here we hung out for a few hours when the cops came and got him..the car that his "friend" let him borrow was stolen but my boyfriend (justin) didnt know that..so hes getting locked up..i dont know if we'll be able to have contact.. |

yeah, friends are often like friends. he might have been in on it. if his friend is like that, then chances are he is. i agree with shhdontmove, why did the cops come looking 3 hours from where the car was stolen? i don't know. fishy fishy. does he not have his own car? what car does he usually drive? welll...this guy sounds like he might be trouble. then again, most guys are trouble :) |

he didnt know it was stolen..his friend told him it was his car..and the police did ask his friend about it but he said he didnt know anything..he was trying to keep himself out of trouble..and i know my bf is telling the truth because he's never lied about anything..and he would never do anything like this.. |

if he's innocent, don't worry so much. try to help him find evidence to prove his innocence. shhdontmove is right, the law usually doesn't skrew up...but it does sometimes. |

the law here does..they're always messing up once they arrested my brother for drugs or something then released him because they "got the name wrong" it was totally fucked up..his name is Dustin Phillips and they were looking for a "Dustin Hill" thats how good the law enforcement is here.. |

what are you talking about the law doesn't mess up, the law will prove him innocent... INNOCENT people have been KILLED (better put murdered) by your judicial system, that is the one reason that we choose not to have the death penalty (Canada), people make mistakes, people arn't perfect! I know that people don't usually get locked away if they are innocent but you really shouldn't have so much faith in your judicial system, I know I don't have it in mine... |

I dont have faith in our judicial system..they're always messing up..and we're fighting for him, we already have so many alibies as to where he was at the time the car was stolen..i hope it's looking good for him.. |

I say that you should wait for him. That is what I would do anyways. |

I am in a similar situation (even though it was my boyfriends fault). It was a difficult decision but i knew i wanted to be with him no matter what. It could be a while before i see him continuously like i used to, but i knew he was worth it. I love him, so i'm waiting for him...it depends on your heart. |
