International Poem Recitation???

Hello fellow poets and flow-prophets, my name is David (XXX) I live in South Africa. We are all here on Poems and Quotes because of our mutual love for the spoken-art of poetry. Because our verbal-art far transcends race, gender and religious discrimination, WHY SHOULD'NT IT ALSO TRANSCEND BORDERS AND NATIONS? I'm talking about an International Poem Recitation Week or Day, where we could all meet up at a certain place and let our vocal-art paint pictures of worlds unknown, languages unheard and sensation's unexplained? I'm only 17 But soon i'll be opening up a "poetry and documentary bar" where people can come and escape from the confines of this world, if only for a minute of poetry or for a couple of minutes of documentaries about distant worlds, worlds beyond our own! Experiences, sounds and vocal-art...

You are right. For every voice heard there might be an unheard whisper. But if and only if that whisper wanted to be heard, wouldn't the louder voice convey the message on its behalf?
