Laziness

Do any of you find that sometimes you have this great thought for a poem, but you're too lazy to write it down and then later on you can't remember it?

That drives me nuts.
Just a thought =]

haha i usually write the idea down, then i never get to it. hehe. that bugs me. or having a poem all set up, and then forgetting those perfect lines u planned. that bugs me.

err, it is annoying....i just try not to be so lazy
and that seems to be working for me! lol'

im not lazy... but some times i am in bed and think of a poem... and i cant find a pencil... so then i forget...
or i am in the shower or helping mom with something and forget :|

Not at all.
I carry a notebook and pencil with me everywhere.
When I get an idea I have a piece of paper where all my ideas go.
Why would you be stupid enough to let a good idea run away into dark abyss and never be seen again?

has anyone got a perfectly good idea in the middle of an exam.. and not have anything to write it on... ugh it sux :| :(

^ I absolutely hate that. I'll say to myself "I'll remember this tomorrow" and I'll repeat it over and over in my head to make sure. And then the morning comes and I have completely forgotten what I was thinking about.

This is a good question. When I am thinking about poems is usally after I am already in bed. Thats when my mind starts to work in things.......lol........ Then I fall asleep and don't remember in the morning.

Hm ... I write it down or keep it in mind if I`m lazy . But then I just can`t find the words for it =.=

I do, i get a great idea for a poem but i dont want to start writing it coz i cant gather my ideas properly so it wont turn out to be as gud as it cud b, i then only memba 1/2 of it later which sucks.

Usually I write down points on my cell if I'm busy... & after sometime I write down the poem using the points that came to my mind...

ya i hate that too!! for me it's not only for poems, it happens when i have to do things or tell something to someone too....argh!

lol well I can be lazy but never with poems and songs! lol but what i get fustrated with is when I have an idea and I'm in an exam or something. wrote the BEST poem for my QCS (Queensland core skills test) and didn't remember it when I got home. MAN! i was mad

or maybe when you're high you just THINK it's bad-ass...

No way. If I have a good idea for a poem, or a joke, or a story, I have to jot it down right away because if I forget it I'll be so pissed off at myself that I'll spend days (and not to mention way too much time) trying to remember it.
