Having a problem with a member

There is a member named Cara who left me a rude, insulting comment on one of my poems. Firstly, I know that there used to be a delete function for getting rid of these comments, so I ask, among others, if it can be restored. And Secondly, what can be done about the actual member who leaves the comments? Anything? I know I don't appreciate the comment that was left, and I figure she might be leaving comments like that on other people's poems. Is there anything that can be done?
