I have anger problems

    I don't know what it is but the slightest thing makes me soooo mad I don't understand why and most of the time once I'm to a certin point I'm just ready to fight and no one can stop me once I'm there I don't know its even hard to explain does any one have any ideas to help me stop being so angry

    Talk to God, if it is that you believe in him... or any kind of spiritual guidance is good. If you need an activity that really releases anger and pent-up emotion, try martial arts.

    i have a theripist for anger manage ment i get mad at the sighlest things also so i know yes i know....
    i found the hard ways around it cuz i don't listen to a thing my consealor tells me lol

    My brother has a problem so he set himself up a punching bag (old sack full of dirt) and when he really gets mad he lets loose on it. Worth a go? But you should really seek professional help.

    id say try a punching bag or atleast something soft *as long as its not a person*cuz i have the same problem.except when im mad i get violent so i HAVE to hit something sand my nukles are messed up from hittin brick walls and crap like that.itll really mess with ya so try to find something soft as soon as you START feeling mad, dont wait til you are and then you hit the first thing in sight.

    i have the same thing sometime... but when i get really mad i usually go running... and it helps!

    Definitely do something about it. You were man enough to admit that you have a problem, so now do something about it. I mean, there is no better time like the present, and the present might be the only chance you've got. Don't wait to deal with it when things get really bad, like your "accidentally" hurting a loved one. You feel like you can't control yourself, so figure out what you need to do to get back into control, for your health and others. You might feel wierd about doing it, but honestly it is better for you to ask for help, than for you to wait for someone to say that you need it, because trust me, that feels like crap. Use you will power, and do something.

    hey man, i have the same disposition..
    when i was thirteen i was diagnoesed with bi polar disorder. They sent me to a behavior facitlty.. they taught me how to control things, i also went to the military for help. There are ways to control them, not just outward.
