Should I wait???

I really like this guy that i've known for years. He said he wants o be with me but he doesnt want to rush...It seems like he really doenst want to be with me because he doesnt show me...I know I want to be with him but I dont wany to wait forever!!! what do I do?

Let's just say, that if you have to question this and you're not exactly sure what you should do, then it's better to be safe than sorry. Wait, until you know for sure without a doubt that you are ready, and that no one elses opinion can sway you. The heart is a dangerous thing to play with, don't just give it to anyone, especially if you're not ready, or having doubts like you are.

we've known each other for a long time and talked on and off but we were never official...

If you really love him or care about him, you'll wait. I'm sure if you were the one who wanted to move slowly you would expect him to wait for you.

Give him whatever time he needs, and when it comes down to it he's going to appreciate you that much more.

why exactly does he want to wait? so things don't get skrewed up? hmm, suspicious. well, i'd talk to him about how you feel. that's always the most direct and obvious answer.
