Talk. Drugs, in my experience, do not solve anything. Sharing your fears and troubles, though, is a great help.
Also, polish up your diet. More than likely you are consuming too much sugar and hydrogenated fats and not enough fruit and vegetables.

Hey I'm going through depression too. I don't even know why. well, all I can say is it's good to talk it out with others. Cause otherwise you could end in a luney bin. Or talk it out with yourself in the mirror., It's a good excersice.

A lot of people are against using drugs for psychological illness, but sometimes they are what you need to keep you level enough to gain from pschotherapy or counselling.

It is always your choice, but you should consider the possible benifits of both. Perhaps talking thepapy would work for you, and it doesn't involve chemicals. If not, you alwasy have the option of accepting the drugs at a later date.

In honesty, unless you have one or the other, or a huge amount of determination and self belief which is what a depressive often lacks, I don't know how else you can help yourself.

This is your choice alone, personally I don't think you can go through it on your own, I tried. You need people around you for support, and if you believe you can recover, in time you will.

    I'm sorry I can't be more help.
