Who's to choose between the intelligent and the

talented? The first one who brings amazement or the

latter who gives excitement? The writer who will make

you say "he's good" again and again, or the writer who

will make you speechless? The one who would meet

your recognition or the other who delivers satisfaction?

The person who tells you "it's wonderful to read" or the

person who would let you know "it's the best to write".

The man who "knows" or the one who "shows"? He,

who shares knowledge or he, who shares feelings? One

who uses excellent words with deeper meanings or one

one who uses simpler words with deeper feelings?

Share your thoughts guys, or you feelings perhaps?

You can be both intelligent and talented. The writher who will make you speechless, and the one who delivers satisfaction. However, you dont want to off those who would meet your recognition, so tell them their good too. It's important to read and write, if you are to comment for others and write your own (in other words, practice makes perfect.) If one knows but does not show nobody will know one knows. Therefore, it is important to know and show it, but your'e just lying if you show without knowing. The one who shares feelings backed up by knowledge is better than the one who gushes meaninglessly or the one who dispays cold hard knowledge. And finally, better vocabulary is always better.

Yeah, i guess that's right. the two should always be combined because when you lack of the other, there's something that's missing. feelings and thoughts should always be with each other. You won't be a good writer if you're too numb to feel or too dumb to know.

most of the time, I prefer it to have more of the feelings..Maybe it's bcoz i was born not naturally a great thinker but rather a simply dreamer. I write poems when i'm hurt and when it happens, feeling is overpowering my thought...

    A very interesting post.
    I like it.

    Now, my thoughts.
I think that all of it is true. To be a great person, to make someone speechless, to be able to say they are a great writer, they must render you speechless, they must be able to keep you coming back.
I'm not sure of the point of this post, but I liked it nonetheless. It made me think unlike most posts. Nicely done and nicely phramed question.

tnx for answering.... Actually , i didn't know how i posted something like this... To choose between the two, somtimes it looks like a nonsense question but it had always been my thought to know which of them or which of the two is much better....

I think the best writer is the one who can give you goose bumps just from reading their poem, who can make you feel exactly what the poem is trying to get across. the one who completely lets all his feelings run free and let you in.

^Agreed. I think a good poem is one that makes the reader feel the deep emotion or thoughts of the poet while he was writting it.
