confusion?

That IS really confusing...
The best advice that I can give is to talk to him. However, presentation is KEY. Several things you have to make sure that you do:
Make sure that you talking to him is not angry or accusing him of anything.
Make sure that it doesn't make you seem like someone that is a doormat, letting people walk over you.
What you really need to do is tell him how you feel, and ask him gently why he hasn't talked to you. Maybe he has a good reason. Or maybe he is just unreliable. Just make sure you make good decisions.

it is confusing i think what happened was by your sister asking him tht it scared him a lil bit and hes confused also i think you should call him and talk things over and see how it goes from there
