do you think this should be allowed? I personally think it should because it does not effect me or my partner. If a person is happy then why not put your love on a peice of paper.

actuaally i dnt thuink its good because if u read !corinthians 6:9,10 god striclty forbids it so im a religion person so i believe greatly on this and i dnt approve of gay marriges

connor god made us you "may" be right on that, altough it is genetically pre-determided what sex, and what sex you will then be attracted to. Do you know anything on the science of the human brain? If not you should really check it out sometime its facinating!!!

I am all for gay marriages. It doesn't affect me personally or anything. Who are we to say someone can or can't get married? I guess I'm just a pro choice kinda girl.

I completely think that if someone wants to get married and express their love to someone exclusively, then it shouldn't matter if it's a man and woman, a woman and woman, or a man and a man. If they are not allowed to get married, then it is denying them a right that everyone else has.

Hmmm... originally I would say no, but the more I think about it the more I think its okay... so my answer is yes, why not let them get married?? if people fall in love, they fall in love... no matter they can get marry or not, they will still be homosexual, so why not just let them be??... those are just my 2 and a half cents.... *look up to heaven* sorry God, I hope you're not mad with me for this answer :)

LOL..... Gay marraged is awesome.. I'm all for it... Want to know why i'm for it.... Because you know when a gay couple try to get married they mean it... BECAUSE they have to put themselves out there and they have to fight for their marrage... I think Gay people, when they get married, ARE marrying for love... They are the only people i know that really love their partner.. AND it's not our problem anyways... If they want to get married let them... And DON"T THROUGH THE BIBLE IN IT.... AHHH YOU PEOPLE AND YOUR BIBLES..... JEZZZZZ Let God judge them not us... Let them live the life they want to live... Leave them alone...

Love should be honored, IMHO... doesn't matter whether it's between two people of the same gender or opposite genders. And if marriage is an expression of that love, than all the more power to them.

And as for the biblical "one man, one woman = marriage" arguments against gay marriage... Adam wasn't first with Eve... Lilith was his first mate. But he dumped Lilith and moved on to someone a bit more submissive. (Phah. Give me a woman like Inanna or Isis! Keep the Eve's.)

And then there were all the biblical "greats" who had multiple wives.

So there were all sort of contradictory--but divinely acceptable--things going on in the Bible.

So why not same-gender marriage in the modern, enlightened age?

BTW, not too many decades ago, the same arguments used now against same-gender marriage were used to oppose interracial marriage. Methinks that turned out just fine. ;)

I think there is nothing wrong with it! You should marry the person you love and there shouldn't be n e thing stopping gays just like nothings stopping straights! Not all people believe in the bible so shouldn't have to go by the rules. Thats like you having to go by buddhist rules when your a christian! Plus, its a thing your born with, you can't help it!

i didnt really read anything u or any1 else wrote i thik gay marrige is pretty much the same as straight marrige.its just to people who love eachother and wanna spend the rest of there lives together. doesnt MATTER SKINNY OR FAT, TALL OR SMALL, GAY OR STRAIGHT ur allowed to love who u want to i think u should b allowed to marry that special person in u life
