What should I do?

I really REALLY like my best freind...I don't know what to do about it...PLEASE help me....

Okay well maybe I don't just really REALLY like him...I LOVE HIM! I mean...I've had feelings for him since 3rd grade...maybe I should just get over him...I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!

well... then isn't it time to tell him how you really feel about him? why don't you just listen to yourself? you say you love the guy and yet you bound yourself of letting go of your true feelings.
Here is a few questions I'll ask so I can understand your troubles better:
what kind of person is he?
why can't you tell him?
how do you act when you are around him?
what kind of friendship do you guys have?
and does anyone else know?
hopefully if you answer them, then I can really help you out. But the decision is yours to make if you want my help or not.

Well in terms of my friends he's money hungry, power hungry, and mean...but to me(directly) he's nice, considerate(sometimes) and he's just a good friend...I can't tell him because I know he doesn't feel the same way, and he knows that I like him but he doesn't want to ruin our friendship...I act the same way I would with anyone around him...we've been best friends since third grade...no one knows that I love him, only that i like him...

Well he's not really mean to my friends(my other best friends marianne and alison) because they picks fights wtih him, and she looks at him a brother...so I guess it supposed to be that way...

well.. you have a few choices you can make, if you want to, not have to. I'm just giving you optional advice. On you're guys friendship, telling him how you feel can not ruin a frienship of so many years. And he should know it, even if you can't have him you can still be with him. Anyways her is a few choices you can take if you want to... you are not being forced to:
1. Tell him how you feel and see what happens next. (how he will react, if he doesn't answer, make him)
2. don't tell him and keep it to yourself (you'll probably be asking yourself after "what if")
3. Ask him how he feels about you "really" (any answer is good, some might hurt, but you will know)
4. Ask him if there could be any chance of "us"
5. (seriously) take him some place where it's just the two of you and... kiss him. (see how he reacts... and if he is giving you no oppurtunity too. than surprise him)
if you have choosen one of these. than I hope you can work it out. Remember, you are not force to do anything I said, I don't wanna be that person who screwed up someones life..again. And remind him that you guys are friends for the longest time. I hope it woks out, I really do ^_^x

Hey Heather.... Im in the same boat as you, having a crush on your best friend is not the best feeling... :S... I will definately tell my best friend in the coming future, at the right time, I don't expect a 'yes' for an answer but I don't want to live my life wondering "what if" and "maybe" and "why"... Thank you all...I'm debabting...I hate love, or whatever it is that i"m feeling, its not fair...why do I have to feel this way, why can't we just hate guys for the rest our lives and never have to deal with them...wait what am I saying...they're so cute and sweet and...agrivating and condisending...I'm so confused...::Tear::

dont make a move until you are fully sure of the consequences...i lost a best friend to what i thought was love but it turned out to be a hidden diaster...but then again that diaster was fun....lol
