Whoa...that's deep...and scary...Will your hand ever fix though? Like will you ever be able to move it?...That's scary man...I don't want that to happen to me...I wish you the best of luck Sharon...you might be able to get rid of the scars though, there's surgery's that can fix it...I wouldn't want to get rid of my scars though, they tell a story for me...Once again, good luck to you hun. i am a cutter....i use to do it for emotional reasons....now i do it just to watch myself bleed......i need help but im not going back to mercy.....can anyone help me......

I just can't seem to stop now my 'ex gf saw my arms and she questioned me and i completely broke down. Then she dumped me...
I'm sorry about what happend to you I hope your hand will work again.. After reading your post made me relize i dont want to get to that point.. Maybe I should get help, That would be a real challenge for me anyways best of luck to you

I've done the hole self harming for about 5 years! I stop and then something happens that I do it again! Lucky me I found a guy who made the reason to harm go away! Even though we broke up I don't see the point anymore! I'm sorry about your hand! I've never really had problems with scaring cuz I scar from anything! I'm really sorry about your hand! Cutting is one of the hardest things to do! What really help me was writing and talking to my friends and sometimes my shrink! Just think about it like this! If you have anyone close to you, do you want that person to have to explain why you died or why your in the nut house?

I stopped for a while but now its back in my life again I don't think i kan escape it anymore i suppose its just a part of me now isn't it?

Those are good tips Sharon...I'm trying to quit...but I don't think I can, really... I haven't done it for 5 years or 10 years like some of you, I've done it a bit over a year...but it's so terribly addicting...I haven't gotten to your point Sharon, and I hope I don't...but if I do...I don't think I'll make it through....good luck to you all...take care forever xxxxxxxx
