for those of you who want to know why

I'm going to see that movie tomorrow morning before I go to work. I didn't have time this morning because construction workers came over for sink holes.. and I must watch them and attend to their needs. And then I must go to work. But I will see it tomorrow as I have said. Woo.

2012....not that fabled number again, and being linked to some mystical change in humanity...come on people!

I am by no means a cynic in matters of spirituality and the paranormal...but I draw the line at special dates being hailed as saving points for our race....it's like we're all waiting for the rapture.

Sorry fella, but there are people out there who are still waiting for it because it didn't happen in 1988 (when we were supposed to be wiped out in a nuclear holocaust) and again in 2000 (mass computer failure). So in 2012 they'll be disappointed when global warming doesn't annihilate us, and then again in 2024 (probably pigeon droppings) and every successive 12-year soothsaying.

You mark my words: 2048. Genetically enhanced robot bee rebellion.

Awesome movie by the way....took my 11 and 13 year old sons to see it tonight. Very inspiring!
