Well if you are seeing a dietition then thats great! And its great youve realised you have a problem before its too late. Its not normal, we have to eat. Ive go through periods of not eating and its not nice. Do you have a fear of gaining weight? |

When I went to school I had a healthy diet, like I ate breakfast and everything, but since I stopped I never eat anything before late afternoon, and finally I give up and eat dinner. If I eat breakfast I feel guilty, and the same with lunch. At the end of every day I feel terrible for giving in to the hunger and eating dinner. I'm not skinny though I'm kinda chubby, I'm like 53kgs (116Lbs) and 165cm tall... I don't know if I have an eating disorder or not, if so this would just add to my problems -I have severe depression, obsessive compulsive disorder and self-esteem problems... |

Tamsin, your BMI is 19.5 this is normal weight. Thought under 18.5 you would be counted as underweight. |
