HEY I GOT A COOL IDEA!!!

Don't you hate how once you post a few new poems none of your old ones ever get read or voted on or commented on!!??!! Well, let's say it becomes so that the poems aren't in order by date when you click a person's profile...they are just in a random order everytime so new ones are on the top everyday. Hmm-if you get what I'm saying and like the idea or hate it or w/e...plz go to Forum Home, then Feedback & Suggestions and then click the post called "PPl only read the tops-maybe a suggestion" and leave your comment (it's the same idea but i need support for janis to even consider it so...please help me!!!!)

Awwww.... I saw the title and I thought Jen was back... but oh well, Hi Sierra, its good to see you around, where did Jen go anyway??? Haven't seen her around for about a month now...

And sorry Sierra, I am not fully with your idea, the thing is when I get a new poem up, I would really like to have people reading it and tell me what they think... maybe to get around the old poems not being read issue... we could ask Janis to implement a few buttons to sort/list a poet's poem in different order, eg by date, number of votes, number of comments, number of visits...etc ... when people that wants to read the older poems they can just click on one of the buttons and maybe vote and comment on the ones that have the very few votes, comment or visits... that's just my 3 cents, what do you think??

i think that's good. after writing it i thought about the new poem thing, so i thought maybe they could be in random order but have a little box at the top of the list titled like poems of the past week or something so the brand new ones would still be at the top but the rest of the old ones would get mixed up. the catogorize list thing is a good idea too though!!!

Thats a pretty good idea! I think the poems maybe should be organized a different way like the less commented on ones at the top! You should post that on the suggestions board!

I really like this idea! Such an interesting idea for variety....

How would it switch, though?

Once every 24 hours. And select groups in an ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ fashion. Then every third poem would be switched with one another. And if there were more than 26 poems, the alphabet would repeat itself....or something a little more congenial, and easy to understand!
