1984

has anyone read the book 1984 by george orwell?

If you have, could you please list the similarities and differences between Winston and Julia? I have it for a school project, and if i spot anything i havent included, it would be helpful.

I'd hate to rob you of the discovery of those similarities for yourself...and besides, shouldn't you be doing your own homework?

Crunkz, books will either be banned by then or beamed from consciousness to consciousness, so there will be no need to write anything...just think it and a website will appear ready made that everyone can look at with the modems in their heads.

The differences, for me, are threefold. One: Winston is a man and Julia is a woman. Two: Winston was prime minister of Great Britain, while Julia is a river in Switzerland. And finally, Julia was never a brand of cigarette. The similarities are, of course, that they had two eyes each, which is rare in rivers, often populated by fish. Which have eyes. As do frogs. Frogs produce spawn, which is a slang term for being lucky. And Lucky is the name of a dog that belonged to Julia and Winston Fieldmarshall, who are a couple I just made up.

Hand that in, you'll get an A+++ for sure.
