i hate my boyfriend being in the army!

i hate it!hes 14 hours ahead of me so its so hard to talk cuz one of us is always half asleep and since we get to talk for such small amounts of time it should be our time but hes doing half a million other things goofing off with his roomate and looking at trucks... i duno if i can stay with him much longer if it stays like this!

Calm down . Having a boyfriend in the army -- You should`ve expected this . He`s out there risking his butt, so give the guy a break . This is how it is having a loved one in the army . I mean come on, you don`t expect him to be able to talk to you much . Especially since you guys are 14 hours apart . My best friend, her boyfriend was killed when he was in the army . They communicated through letters because he could barely stay awake on the phone . Just ... Calm down . I know it`s hard, and it`s normal to feel like this . But no one said it was gonna be easy .

You chose to be his girlfriend and you knew he would be in the army so you have to deal with it or call it off.

To the ones above me, I think she gets the point that it's not easy already, so she doesn't need to be lectured on it.

Ms.Understood, do you tell him how you feel, and do you know how he feels? I don't think there really is any 'solution' to this, but maybe you both could find another way of communicating, such as writing letters, or even emails if he has access to the internet. I think writing letters would be romantic, in a way. It's like that old world epic romance hehe.. but *ahem* anyways...
