Searching for a poem about Moses' death

Hey;

I heard someone read a poem about the death of Moses a couple years back and now need to track it down. I was pretty sure it was by Blake or Byron, but I'm not certain... it mentioned "Nebo's heights" or soemthing like that, and basically was a dramatic account of Moses being taken away to his death.

If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be fantastic as I'm going insane trying to locate it!
