I cried today because i missed my nan and Marcus said something so utterly sweet and suppoortive, it made me cry more, lol

Expressing how you feel to others who are experiencing some of the same or similar things will help. But talking about how and why you cried today is beyond ridiculous. Why not get together and embrace the fact that you're alive today?!?!?! Why not SMILE because God graced you with another sun rise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stop acting like little freaking twits and SMILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and because my best friend was scoffing her food down like there was no tomorrow so she could throw it back up again and I've already lost one friend due to eating disorders and don't want the same happening to her :[

I don't know how to post, so i'll just answer.

Today, i cried because i lost my grandad this weekend . He was the only one i had, because my other one died before i was born. I have to endure my dad refusing to cry, and my mum trying to take charge. This isn't part of my mums family, she should keep out. My Grandather was a hero. I miss him dearly. But if i am honest, he had been suffering for very long with a rare agressive cancer. Still, it was expected, doesn't mean it doesn't hurt.

I just cried again. Sorry. I made my dad cry with a poem i wrote about my grandad. I feel so bad now.

I cried today because the best people in my lives are vanishing.

I cried today because one of my friends was being really sweet when I felt upset, and that just always makes me cry.

I'm not putting anyone down or being mean. My point is just that people shouldn't dwell on the things that make them sad. Instead embrace to good aspects of your life. I suppose I'm a evil bitch for wanting to make a different though. Please excuse my idiocies!

i cried today because my dad blambed me for evrything that went wrong,ever, so when i thought i could get out of the house, i saw my bf making out with the most stupid girl ever!!! shes ugly and i didnt need to see that!! i stude there watching them making out for like 5 mins.and he didnt see me.
