Guys confuse me more than you could know...what to do?

I don't think he has any clue how you feel about him, otherwise, he would have said something to you or be maybe a tiny bit more courteous.

Let him know you like him, but don't be over-the-top-dramatic about it. Send a smile in his direction. And most importantly do NOT stalk him!!!
