Looking For A Poem- Dont Know The Name

A very long time ago, Like years, I read a poem. I cant remember the name or how the poem goes but i can remember a little bit out of it.

"Too many people interfeered and tore us both apart, But instead of sewing up the rip
i let it reach my heart"

Thats all i can remember, And ive been searching for it for months but have had no luck.
Does anybody know of this poem?
