why do I cry when I eat? can someone help?

i get what your saying. I can't stand eating for some reason cause what ever I eat no matter what it is I get tummy aches. It's not like I get sick or anything or throw up it just happens so I don't eat. My mom says its a eating disorder or something or other cause she say my mind makes me think food makes me sick so it makes me not eat.
