I need some advice

Sometimes i feel the same way, Kay, trust me. My best friend also made me promise i'd stop, and i kept that promise for about 2 months before a whole lot of stuff went wrong at school, and now my whole group [comprised of 13 people] knows about my cutting.

stay strong! try to challenge your self and say, no, i'm not going to cry or cut or what ever. Do you still cut? I hope not because that is hurting yourself and there are other ways to take out bad feelings. I hope you get help. take care and stay strong.

I also broke my promise to my friend and she got real annoyed at me, but, like you, i couldn't cope. I've liked the same guy for like a year and i mean absolutely nothing to him.

I would tell you to stop cutting but that's very hypocritical of me.
