I never read the books. they are too long. i have a problem of starting a book,putting it down and never picking it up again...so yeah.
I like the movies though.

my favorite two books are the third one and the sixth one... i cant believe harry went out with ginny! that was so awesome!!!!!!

I LOVE HARRY POTTER. Only one of my friends and I are harry potter crazy, so i get along with her great. I REALLY cant wait till the seventh book comes out and the 5th movie. I have already pre ordered the book. I think that Harry and Voldamort will both die in the seventh book. Otherwise the series isnt finished if only Voldamort dies. I hate it when people say that other people who read Harry Potter are nerds, that pisses me off a lot, also when they make fun of Harry Potter.

Yes the 7th book... I CAN'T WAIT!!! It will be so exciting! I think my favorite book was the 4th one. THere was so much in it.

Harry's gonna die in "The Deathly Hollows."

^^ highly doubt it. i think voldemorts gonna die..

although she said "neither can live while the other survives..." which means either one dies or they both die, but i dont think harry is gonna die.

and its the Deathly Hallows, not Hollows.

:) sorry, I haven't really researched it yet. "Hallows" works, too.

I dunno, though. I'm under the belief that if Voldemort dies, then Harry will die.....unless he finds some way of avoiding it, which I guess is very probable. I just think that their connection runs deeper than let on. But who knows......and nevertheless, it will still probably make an excellent read.

Very interesting... I have my own theories about deaths, and when thinking about the book, and what other people say I shall think harder on the subject. Deaths... I can think of it in another point of view... I bet there will be lots of sadness regarding a death. Something having to do with a relationship... Also, why would Harry die? Wouldn't that be a set back to his parents? Or was Harry's purpose in the world to fight Voldemort and save the world?

Lord of the Rings is a million. Gazillion. berillion. jugillion. and a phlamilion times better than Harry Potter.

However, I guess the wizards narratives are somewhat intriguing on a scale of their own.

Hermione should die. I met her in person when I was an extra in the second film. That girl takes 'STUCK UP' to the next level. I detest her. Ron and Malfoy were lovely though :).

Oh, and I read something someone wrote above, about Sirius dying, Come on, who said he was dead? He fell through the veil, but technically they never said he was dead, it was implied but the author never said it, so I believe he is going to come back in the 7th book, at least I hope!

Yea, the 5th movie comes out on my birthday at 12@clock and my brother and his girlfriend said they would take me to see it as a b-day present! And does anyone know the date of the book to come out? Is it July 17?

Yeah, I like the books. Movies..sometimes. Goblet of Fire (film) makes me want to punch things.

and I don't recall hearing JKR mention anything about any of the trio dying in book 7. if that's true, fingers crossed it's Hermione.
