i have a problem:( need advise

I am such a softie and kinda let people walk all over me. I just never am able to say STOP. Even when i know i need to. Its like they walk all over me because i'm too shy or scared to say something! I know i need to put my foot down but its so hard! Just last night there was this boy feeling on me, i didn't like it but i just kept coming up with excusses like "your hands are cold!" and pull away but its so hard! does n e 1 understand or have the same problem?

Thank you Stella! And its not like its because i feel like i need to be accepted. I have the same problem when some one asks for something of myne i feel bad to come out and say no and when they ask me to do something or go some where and i dont won't to its hard 4 me 2 say no so i always make excusses. I dont know whats my problem but its definatly a problem! I think i'll try to put my foot down now. Thanks guys!
