I like to use the word "she" instead of I, because I think it gets so much easier when writing in the third person. |

I think the easiest way to do it is to write down all the words that come out of your head/heart first and then use those words to make them into sentences that make sense. Does that help? Its like a brain storm turned into a poem I guess... But poems dont always have to make sense. |

Feel the feelings from your heart... Then it's always easier to write... My English is not very good... But, while writing poems I don't feel any problem while expressing myself... |

Relax! Breath in and let the feelings flow. Feelings come from your heart not your hands. Let your heart speak and everything else will do the rest |

it sort of depends on what you're feeling. certain feelings are easy to express, because they're simple to understand, simple to convert. but on the other hand, there are other things that aren't going to be that easy. the only thing i can say is not to make the poem too long and complicated;; it makes it hard to understand and not pleasing to read. but if you only want the words to make sense, sort out your feelings into categories. once you've done so, choose the category you want to write about. the possibilities are endless. you can write about emotional pain put physically, or the other way around. it really is your choice. there isn't really a specific answer to this question, but its always nice to ask it once in a while. |

Try thinking about verbs and adjectives that describe how you are feeling or an event that majorly impacted you. The rest should just come to you. Then you could work on making it flow more and be more pleasing to the ear. |
