Why do you write?

I WRITE TO LET MY FEELINGS OUT BECAUSE TO ME IF I TRIED TO TELL ANYONE HOW I FELT IT WOULDNT COME OUT RIGHT THEY WOULDNT UNDERSTAND BUT IF I PUT IT DOWN ON PAPER MY FEELINGS WILL BE SO CLEAR TO THEM. AND TO MYSELF

I write because I like tog et my feelings out when I know that confronting them to someone would make matters worse. Confrontation is my front door, poetry is my back door.

I write because i like to do it, and it lets me get my feelings out. it's like, i might see something, or someone tell me summit, and i will write about it, cos somehow its affected me, ya know...weird really lol like my writing i never show family or friends, and is usually private unlike when i put it on here, cos aint the best writer sooo like ya know lol xx

I write because it saved me from the darkest time in my life...a way of expressing what was inside of me. I write because it has become so important to me to express my self in this way. I write to convey my emotions to others.

Writing Has Become a Part Of My Life....I Can't Go Too Long Without Writing How I Feel On a Piece Of Paper...Writing Is My Form Of Release...And One Of My Better Addictions

I write because it's a way to show that somehting in this world is mine. My words show ownership of what I am feeling and what I am. Without words, I do not exist. I write to immortalize my feelings, because otherwise, they would be lost.

I write to let out my emotions...to express the feelings i just cant say...

Its an amazing way of expression, and i think its a beautiful thing to look back on and read and i enjoy it. its just all around a beautiful thing.

I write poetry when i urge to say something that needs not to be said its something i can't control, i wake at 3 a.m. to write it
or just stop doing something and write it

I write because it is the only way that I can get rid of all the words and phrases that fly into my thoughts throughout the day. I have two notebooks. One with random words, phrases, and sentences. The second has completed works. Writing everything down is the best way for me to maintain a clear head.

For the hell of it

Mostly...to make myself feel like I can do something

Coz i like writing and to express myself in an artistic way and to show my family that i can do something..

Because paper is the only thing that's listen to you.

Because i cant express my feelings out thats why i have to write them down. i feel much better whenever i write what i really feel inside.

Because if i don't right my feeling get really bottled up and i become really grouchy all of the time.
so i decide to let it out here so that i dont have to tell the person.
sometimes its to hard to express myself to other people.

For the heck of it

Because writing keeps me sane and keeps me from getting to close to the edge.

Just when you think things couldn't get any better [or worse] when you write out how you feel all of your emotions are released onto that paper and whenever you read them you feel the same way all over again.

I write because I find pleasure in it, and it also helps me learn how to use a wider range of vocabulary. Its always just a great way for me to express my feelings in a beautiful way that makes me feel good. And its always great to be encouraged and told by someone that you don't even know that you are talented and should continue in your writing.

I write to let out the emotions tht build up inside of me. I write to express myself clearer, and I write becuz thts my form of a diary.

I write because I'm the only one who I trust my thoughts and feelings with.When I use to lock myself In my room I would alway imagine myself somewhere I wish I could be,more relaxing,so I put all my ideals ,and dreams on paper so what ever happens I would never forget It,My writing gives me peace inside myself.I can't wake up to write a poem.Another reason why is because i wanted to be a singer,but i cant singer but i still had the talent so i knew I wanted to do something around that subject and Poetry and short stories anyway for me to tell my story,my life I wanted to do it,so I began to write.

I actually write to relieve myself..although, most of my poems are about love, I do not publish my poems which talk about how I really feel aside from love.
It helps me hide what I really feel by writing what I feel everything down and not breaking the 'Im-the-happy-and-cheerful-girl' facade.

I write Beacuse It helps me feel better about about my self it gives me sumthing too do.. And I love too write

Theres no drug that satisfies me as much as writing poetry...
