Confused on what to do

Ok...Well my life at home is pretty unhappy. My dad is always yelling at me for something I never did. My mom never tells me she loves me at all. I can't remember one time that she did. My dad told me I was a mistake and that I wasn't his, and I am his. I'm thinking about getting emacipated after I graduate. My mom doesn't care what I do as long as i'm out of her hair.My dad always tells me to get out when he gets mad at me. My dad calls me names....which I think is virbal (sp?) abuse. Me and my boyfriend discussed this one night and he thinks it's a great idea to get emancipated. My friend and I also discussed this and she says that as soon as she turns 18 which will be in April she is going to get an apartment and I can move in with her while I wait on the paperwork for emancipation. So while i'm living with her I can get a job and my bf is going to put his car in my name so I can get to work and back until I become emancipated. I'm going to live with her and pay the bills so I can prove to the judge that I'm eligable(sp?) to support myself. My friend will be going to college at the time. But anyways...I was wondering if anyone thinks this is a good idea because I want to get out on my own and be happy because I'm not happy at home. What are the requirements for emancipation of a minor in Mississippi? Well thankyou for your time.

If you think it's the right choice then go for it. It's not easy showing the judge your responsible so do a little extra work to impress the judge. To me if you family doesn't care then its a good idea.
