Alright so about Ricky....

Ricky is so sweet and i really like him but there are a couple negatives...
See he failed twice n school cuz of family problems and now he is trying to make something of himself but it isnt good for me because he has tutring twice a day after school till 6 then at home on the computer 8 -9 and i just feel like he wont have time for me if we were to go out should i tell him how i feel should i stop talkin to him or what?/?

you know why, if he is trying his best to do everything, and if you truely like this guy, i dont see a reason to 'end' a friendship with him. Even with his couple of negatives, well who does not have negatives???? eveybody has negatives.. now please dont take this harshly.. but try not to be selfish.... you have obviosly taken time to get to know him very well so why end it now, when this is the time when he most likely needs somebody close to hiim....
