17 years agoneither salt nor pepper,we already have salt in everything,actually no need to put it one more time,i'm sorry of being so health-addictive but i need to because i have a stomach disease about stomach acid,i couldn't remind the name of that illness,but it makes me feel like i'm gonna throw up after meals

17 years agoomg when my sister and i were little, after watching a cartoon, she poored pepper down my nose to see if i would sneeze cuz it happened in the cartoon!! My nose was burning like hell, and i was crying I thought it would work, but i didn't know it was goin to burn!! HAHA so funni when i think back...there4 i like salt, makes food tastes better...hehe

17 years agoFirst off, I don't eat salt or pepper.
They are used as seasonings by me. So always salt and pepper steaks when grilling. Likewise with eggs while cooking them (doesn't matter the type).
Then it also depends on the type of salt and pepper. I'm assuming that the topic is about general table salt and pepper, but I do enjoy garlic salt and a variety of different peppers that add to the flavor of a meal.
So in simple terms, for those that don't read through long posts; my answer to the question of salt or pepper is: Both -

17 years agoI also like my peppers in a variety of ways. There is a sweet spice shop just down the way from my house and it is completely amazing what they have there for salts and peppers.
So yeah, I like pre-ground pepper if it a specialty pepper, like cayenne. Yet, if we are dealing with a basic table salt, I like to grind it myself cause it releases more flavor into the meat. Oh god, and with meat rubs, you have to use fresh ground pepper in order to get that flavor all the way through the meat...mmmmmmmm -

17 years agoI'm not really a fan of either. Salt is horrible for you, but pepper doesn't really appeal to me either...
